I am a registered psychotherapist with the BACP, ACC, and NCPS, all accredited by the Professional Standards Authority. I work with clients across the UK through online therapy, and also offer in-person sessions in Central London – Shoreditch and London Bridge.
My qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Theology, and further study at Master’s level in Psychotherapy and Therapeutic Counselling. I regularly update my practice through CPD training and mental health seminars, ensuring that my work remains current, ethical, and effective.
I bring a wealth of experience from working in diverse clinical settings, including an NHS mental health counselling service supporting clients with anxiety and depression, and a nationwide substance misuse service. Through this work, I’ve witnessed the profound impact therapy can have in helping people find hope, healing, and lasting change.
Beyond the therapy room, I’ve been invited to speak at conventions, charities, and media outlets, sharing stories of transformation and raising awareness about the importance of accessible mental health support.
In 2023, I was honoured to be appointed an Ambassador for Woman’s Trust, a charity that provides free counselling and support to women affected by domestic abuse. This role is a meaningful extension of my therapeutic work and allows me to contribute to a cause I care about deeply.
w ork integratively, drawing from a range of therapeutic models including:
This integrative approach allows me to adapt therapy to your unique needs, goals, and life experiences.
One of my areas of specialism is working with Christian clients who wish to explore emotional or mental health challenges within the context of their faith. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, anxiety, shame, trauma, church-related hurt, or spiritual confusion, I provide a space where your beliefs are understood and respected.
With a BA in Theology and a personal Christian faith, I bring an informed, non-judgmental, and thoughtful approach to the integration of psychological insight with Christian worldview – where desired and appropriate.
While I specialise in supporting Christian clients, I also work with individuals from all backgrounds, beliefs, and identities. My practice is inclusive of the LGBTQ+ community, and I aim to create a space that is affirming and free from judgment.
As a white counsellor working with a diverse client base, including many Black women, I bring a culturally aware and humble approach to my practice. I aim to listen deeply, without assumptions, and create a respectful and collaborative therapeutic relationship where you feel empowered and truly seen.
If you're looking for a therapist who understands the intersection of faith, mental health, and life experience, and who can offer a safe, respectful space to work through your challenges, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
I am a fully registered psychotherapist with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), the Association of Christian Counsellors (ACC), and the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). All three organisations are accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA) – a UK government body that ensures professional registers meet rigorous standards of practice, safety, and ethics.
I provide professional, confidential therapy to clients across the UK via secure online sessions. I also offer in-person therapy in Central London, with comfortable, private consulting rooms located in both Shoreditch and London Bridge.
My academic background includes a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Theology, as well as further postgraduate training at Master’s level in Psychotherapy and Therapeutic Counselling. I am committed to continual professional development and regularly attend CPD courses and mental health seminars to keep my practice ethical, informed, and up to date.
I bring extensive clinical experience from working in a range of settings, including:
These experiences have deepened my understanding of the human capacity for resilience, growth, and change, and they continue to inform my work with clients today.
In addition to my therapeutic work, I am often invited to speak at charities, conventions, and media platforms, where I share insights on mental health, emotional well-being, and stories of personal transformation.
In 2023, I was honoured to be appointed an Ambassador for Woman’s Trust – a UK charity providing free counselling and support to women affected by domestic abuse. This role reflects my deep commitment to accessible mental health care and supporting survivors of trauma.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues – or simply feeling stuck – therapy can provide the space and tools you need to move forward. You don’t have to face it alone.
If you’re ready to take the first step, I’d be honoured to support you.
Please feel free to get in touch to book a consultation or ask any questions.
As a therapist with a background in both counselling and theology, I understand the unique intersection between faith and mental health. For many people, their Christian beliefs are central to how they view themselves, others, and the world around them. I offer therapy that honours your faith while addressing emotional, psychological, and relational challenges in a safe, professional, and compassionate environment.
Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or spiritual struggles, I provide space to explore these issues through both a clinical and spiritual lens. Our work can incorporate biblical reflection or theological insight, only if and when that feels appropriate for you.
I do not impose beliefs, but rather work collaboratively, respecting your individual journey and theology. You’re welcome to bring your faith, doubts, and questions into the therapy room.
I am a member of the Association of Christian Counsellors (ACC), a professional body for Christian therapists committed to high standards of practice, ethical integrity, and inclusivity. I also hold a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Theology, enabling me to engage with spiritual concerns with both clinical understanding and theological sensitivity.
You don’t need to be part of a specific denomination or have everything “figured out” spiritually. Christian counselling may be helpful if you:
Whether your faith is central to your life, something you’re reconnecting with, or a source of tension, you are welcome here. My goal is to provide a compassionate and professional space where both your mental health and spiritual well-being can be nurtured.
If you’d like to explore Christian-integrated therapy or want to know more, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
“Most people think therapy is undoing what's happened to you. But whatever your past experiences, the associations exist, and you can't just delete them. You can't get rid of the past. Therapy is about building NEW associations, making new, healthier default pathways. Therapy is like taking your two-lane dirt road and creating a four-lane freeway alongside it. The old road stays, but you won't use it much anymore. Therapy builds a better alternative, a new default.” — Bruce.D. Perry
